About Staged Events Ltd

Staged Events was built to make ambitious ideas happen properly.

We design, fabricate, and install custom sets and props across the UK and Europe, from large-scale set construction to detailed scenic elements, props, and branded environments. Our work spans live events, brand activations, exhibitions, and TV & film productions. Everything is produced in-house by people who know live events inside out.

We understand the pressure. Tight turnarounds. Evolving briefs. Access restrictions. Night installs. Last-minute tweaks that suddenly aren’t optional. That’s the world we work in.

Our Services

Our workshop brings together CNC machining, metal fabrication, paint finishing, large-format print production and logistics under one roof. That means fewer moving parts, clearer communication, and proper control over quality and deadlines, whether we’re building for a brand launch, a touring activation, or a TV studio set.

Our Process

Every project is led by a dedicated Project Manager, someone who knows the build, understands the brief, and keeps everything moving.

Behind that is a tight team of experienced set builders, each with their own unique set of skills, who work side-by-side. No hand-offs between multiple suppliers. Just one team, accountable from start to finish.

Because we handle production in-house, we stay close to the detail. Whether the final result is seen by a live audience or through a camera lens, the finish matters.

1. Brief & Concept

We work closely with you to understand your goals, budget, and timeline, ensuring your vision is captured from the start.

2. Design & Planning

Our Project Managers coordinate technical drawings, CAD plans, and scheduling, making sure every detail is accounted for.

3. Fabrication & Build

Sets, props, and scenic elements are crafted in-house by our skilled team using state-of-the-art tools.

4. Install & De-Rig

Our team of set builders, crew, riggers and drivers construct, install and de-rig world-wide.
